Suggestions For Healing

There are many ways to clear our mind of thoughts that harm us.  Below is a short list put together to help get you started.

Change your focus to change your mindset

Journaling

Journaling can be a tool for releasing trauma. By putting thoughts and feelings onto paper, individuals can process their experiences in a safe and private place. This practice encourages self-reflection and can lead to greater emotional clarity, helping to lift off the weight of events. Ultimately, journaling fosters healing and personal growth by allowing for a greater understanding of one's emotions.

Blessings

Good thoughts in the morning set a positive tone for the day. They can boost your mood, enhance your focus, and improve overall mental well-being. Starting the day with gratitude or optimism can lead to better decision-making increased productivity. Embracing positivity in the morning can create a ripple effect, influencing how you respond to challenges throughout day.

Small Tasks

Small tasks can lead to big rewards.  Remember your body is healing every single part of your being so it is not ready to takle every aspect of life right away.  IF you can get up and wash a single glass in the sink do it.  You have now accomplished a small task that will make you feel like you are doing something worth while.  Throw a load of laundry in,  The clothes are clean.  You have manged a small task with big reward.  Build on them each day.  By the end of the month you can be doing a whole sink full of dishes and putting them away without feeling like you ran a mile from exhaustion.  As the mind heals the body will feel less awkward and tired.  This does not happen overnight and is different for everyone.  One person can feel good in a month others may take years for samething.  The one thing that doesnt change is we are all in this together.

Stay Healthy

Eating healthy is essential not just for physical health but also for mental well-being. Nutrient-rich foods can boost mood, improve focus, and support cognitive function. Incorporating a variety of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean proteins into your diet can help nourish your mind. Remember, what you eat plays a vital role in how you feel!  Even small snacks will help do not miss eating it  will slow down the minds healthy processing of the trauma.
